We want to take an opportunity to thank you all for the support in making Saraswati Kidney Center facility available for mother’s care (Dr. Sulabha Pandit) during her last days. This proved extremely helpful to us.
But we want to go beyond this and express our thanks & appreciation for many more things which are very important. All the doctors, Dr Paras Zunke, Dr. Amit Pasari and Dr. Manish Balwani provided tremendous support during this period. Most important (which is very rare these days is,) all the doctors were matured in communication / conversation and always explained in detail about all the happenings. We have had very bad experience of insufficient communication from doctors in recent past in other medical facilities Saraswati kidney center was an exception by poles apart. We were carefully & sensitively guided at every step. We will be indebted to all the doctors for this sensitive approach.
All the nursing staff as well as the supporting staff including the mousis (especially mousis) were efficient, empathetic and did a wonderful job in taking care of our mother.
The infrastructure of the facility is good and is well maintained.
Pranita’s (admin) help in supporting the case sensitively going out of the way is something we will never forgot.
We feel we could give the best possible care to our mother during this difficult time & last days of her life. Saraswati Kidney center was one of the best medical facilities that could be given to our mother, not only because it was very near to our place, but also because it was truly the best that we could give.
