On 11th March 2021, World Kidney Day was celebrated at Saraswati Kidney Care Center.
An exhibition on diet for kidney patients was made by Ms. Ashwini Nagpure (MSc Dietetics) who is working as a Diet Counselor at Saraswati Kidney Care Center.
The exhibition aimed to raise the awareness of importance of diet for patients suffering from kidney diseases, under the guidance of Dr. Amit S. Pasari and Dr. Manish R. Balwani, Directors of Saraswati Kidney Care Center.
The event was graced by Dr. AmitTaksane (Professor of Biochemistry at Nagpur University and RTMNU Covid Center In-charge) and by Mrs. KavitaBakshi (President of IDA, Nagpur Chapter and Lecturer WTRI PG Diploma in Dietetics)
Saraswati Kidney Care Center also published articles about awareness on kidney diseases in prominent local newspapers. To raise the awareness about kidney disease in society, messages were aired on local FM Channel.
